Both Bob Chipman and Bill Chipman are licensed real estate brokers and members of the National, State and Jacksonville Association of Realtors. Both Bob and Bill are past presidents of the local Association of Realtors. Bob has served as Chairman of the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for several years.

Jones completed the Illinois Association of Realtors real estate sales course and received her license after passing the State of Illinois Real Estate Sales Person exam. She is a member of the Jacksonville Area Association of Realtors and will be concentrating on residential sales. Marcy and her husband Terry own Jones Meat and Locker in Jacksonville. She has three children, Cameron, Madison, and Holden.
